The Tamworth Sewing Group is based at our town centre base. It was set up by Emma, who continues to manage it brilliantly.
But it is supported by volunteers from our own community and across the town. They have made thousands of pieces of PPE equipment for hospitals and care homes. It is a tribute to the people of the town, many of whom have had time to do this and have dusted down their sewing machines to bring them back into use.
