HoT is a small, local charity. To meet our funding needs we depend on the parish community, charitable trusts and other grant-making organisations. We don’t have lots of staff. Instead, we rely on our wonderful volunteers to help us deliver services and run activities.
If you have some free time to spare why not consider joining us as a volunteer? You’ll meet new people, maybe learn a new skill and help your local community at the same time.
Our volunteers get involved in all sorts of areas:
- Helping in the Hot Café and Shop
- Running our reception area
- Working with young people
- Maintaining our community facilities
Matched Giving
If you are a business, you can also get involved with our Matched Giving, a great way to increase employee engagement by showing support for the charities they care about.
